L'Atelier des Saisons does not accept returns of food products. You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to contact@latelierdessaisons.ch before receiving our order confirmation e-mail.
For non-food products, you have a period of 7 days (from receipt of the items) to check that the items are in good condition. In the event of an exchange or refund, please return the products (at your expense) within 7 days in their original packaging and with the same protection as that in which you received them, to the following address: Elia Fuster Rius Rue de la Riaz 20 1026 Echandens. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, L'Atelier des Saisons/Elia Fuster Rius undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the customer free of charge, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the returned goods.
In order to preserve the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your declaration relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
In all cases, we advise you to contact us to find the best solution, whether this involves cancelling your order, returning it or receiving broken or damaged goods.
