Querubi - Coupage

Domaine de Querubi is the heart project of Esther Rogier and Guillaume Voorvaart. Some twenty years ago, the partners left their homeland and professions to dedicate themselves to the production of organic extra virgin olive oil in the south of France. At the foot of the Canigó mountain range, the Querubi estate is set in arid terrain with a harsh climate, but surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The winters are cold and the summers scorching, with violent tramontana winds and barely a drop of rain.
