Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blended from local varieties in Northern Catalonia like Poumal, Verdale, Olivière and Picholine, obtained from ecologically grown olives. This olive oil is produced by farmers who are passionate about their land and respect for the environment.
ORIGIN: Castelnou, France
INGREDIENTS: Ecological Extra Virgin Olive Oil extracted cold and only by mechanical means.
FLAVOURS: This oil is fruity-green with a slight touch of bitterness and spiciness typical of the early harvest. Secondary aromas: fresh almond, banana and chicory with an elegant hint of pepper.
