ORIGIN: Torredelcampo, Jaén, Spain
INGREDIENTS: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Picual variety, cold extracted using mechanical means only.
FLAVOUR: An oil with green aromas and lots of character, spicy notes and a smooth start to the palate. There is a pleasant bitterness and aromas of artichoke and endive.
